Hola amigos!

My name is Yamil Alejandro, my wife, Cecilia Díaz, and our daughter, Estrella. This coming December 2017 I will be graduating from the M.Div. program at Covenant Seminary. In 2014 we were sent to St Louis by our home church, (Iglesia La Travesía—the first PCA church in Puerto Rico, established in 2010) in order to get trained for ministry. Now the time has come for us to return and rejoin the Church-Planting Movement on our beloved island.

We have seen the Lord working in beautiful ways in the lives of many Puerto Ricans—us included—through the ministry of Iglesia La Travesía, and the recently planted Trinity Church. We firmly believe that planting more Gospel-centered churches throughout PR will be a blessing to the Puerto Rican people, especially in this time of great necessity. In order to go back we need to raise $5,000 for moving expenses and $60,000/year to cover our family’s living expenses.

It would be our joy to share with you what the Lord is doing “among the nations” and to invite you to participate!
